Happy Sunday to anyone who is checking in here today. 18 days - not too shabby, eh?
Great day today with my guys. We got up early-ish and headed to the Y for our gym orientation and a workout. We got there at 10:15am and left about noon. It was great. Craig and I are entitled to 8 - 30 minutes personal training sessions, so we got the first of those set up for next week. The boys also enjoyed their workout and finished up with a game of ping-pong. It is a wonderful facility and it has much to offer, so I know it will be a great family activity for us. I am contemplating heading out tomorrow for the 8:15am Aquafit as I write this. That seems much earlier on the weekend. I know the guys may want to head over there tomorrow so we'll see.
After our workout we headed to Canadian.Tire and then Cost.co before heading home. Once home we got the solar lights out and put in the garden, our gnomes back out and Kaedo and L spent a few hours playing together.
Sterling got this hilarious app on his phone which is like an electronic charades and the above pictures are of us playing. You put the phone to your forehead and the word/name shows up for everyone else to see. Everyone yells out hints. If you get it right, you lean forward, if you want to pass, you tip it back. Can I just say I kicked ass in the celebrity category. Seriously, no one could beat me. It is really my only talent. lol. It was so fun. We played a whole bunch of rounds and laughed our heads off.
No idea what is on the agenda tonight. I imagine there is hockey on, but Craig is pretty good about wanting to do family stuff at night instead of watching the game. I love that.
Holiday tomorrow, and in our neck of the woods every damn thing is closed. Totally sucks, but what can you do? I hear Star.Trek is good. hmmmm

Glad you got to the gym and hope you make it to Aquafit tomorrow. It is a little early. Although we're up early, we don't get moving too quickly. Pancake and sausage breakfast here tomorrow and a personal request to show up as we've always had something going on for every other event. We will definitely go, even though that meal has no appeal to me.
Went to Iron Man 3, it was fantasy but a good way to spend a rainy afternoon. Star Trek preview looks really good. Sounds like the charade game is a hit, what a fun time that would be.
Busy week ahead as we've got friends coming for happy hour and/or supper all week. We're moving on the 31st for a couple of weeks so we want to get all our visits in. Love entertaining but love being entertained even more, lol.
Senator/Bruins game tied at this moment. Go Sens!

Over half way there Shannon - good job! Sounds like you had a wonderful day together. We put our solar lights out last week and I love them - hope we continue to get lots of sun to keep them going. We even planted our flowers/tomatoes & cucumbers this weekend. Feels good playing in the dirt!
Your game sounds like it was lots of fun and laughter is the best medicine for all.
We were invited over to Lionel & Jean's to help celebrate her birthday and were there from 5:00 till 7:00 and then went out to Sam & Linda's to watch what hockey games were left. Had a nice time with them and got home around 10:30 p.m.
Should be sleeping in for the holiday but seems like that doesn't happen too often. Have a fun day tomorrow - BIG HUGS TO ALL!
