On the 20 and 21 and 22 day of advent... and other stuff

Hello All - Happy Saturday!
Sorry about the postings. I have been a little blogged out. As for Craigmas, we had a very good day even though Craig makes it sound like we forgot!
OK - onto everything else.
Advent calendar is still doing good. 20 - sleep together, 21 - chocolate for breakfast, 22 - game night. Glad to be almost done. Only a couple more days.
Ernie has been busy. Thursday night he took all the kids unders and threw them all over the place. He was even wearing a pair. Last night he made a mess of the basement, tossing the movies and dumping the cushions and laundry. What a mess.

Craig's tattoo - what do you think? Even if you don't like tattoos, you have to admit is is gorgeous. Mine is very cool too but I haven't taken a picture of it yet. We both agreed that we do have a pain threshold. And it is before the tattoo is done. Mine took 2 hours 10 minutes, and Craig's took 2:45. I was at the breaking point at about 1 1/2 hours, Craig about 2 hours. Insanity!

Went Secret Santa shopping today. So fun. We draw names and set a limit ($3) and then buy something we think the other will like and then open them on Christmas Eve. I think I did really well for Craig. It is fun finding something(s) that are fun and not junk. The other cool part is that everyone pays for their own.
Sterling bowled this morning. He sucked his first two games and then totally kicked it in the 3rd. He got 118. He rocks, man. I think he is very anxious for Christmas so his head wasn't in the game. He got one of those rubber bracelets from a friend there and it says Bowlers Rock and it is glow in the dark. Very cool.
We are heading out to the movies and to pick up some Baileys then games and to see the lights tonight.
Hope you are all well, GG is coming for dinner tomorrow afternoon and will be losing dollars to Kaedo as he kicks her ass in Skip-Bo.
talk later,
s

Okay - we do admit we don't like tatoos BUT Craig it is a gorgeous tatoo and looks like it was very well done. Nice talking to you this morning and now that we've seen your tatoo, we've forgot since the summer what you had all put on it. We can see Kaeling but we thought you had all the names on it. We'll find out from you tomorrow. Hope your Secret Santa buying trip went well today. Keep up the great bowling Sterling and good luck with the Family Twosome next weekend - let us know how you make out. After we talked to you this morning Craig, we got a few things done around the house and then we decided to go for a walk. It was minus 17 and with the wind chill factor it was minus 23 but we bundled up and got down to the bank and to Pharmasave and home without freezing. Dad, Leonard and Gord went to visit gramma K. and I cleaned the basement and did the wash. Dad got home awhile ago and we had a "Happy Hour" before getting something ready for supper.

BIG HUGS TO ALL!

Great design on your tattoo, Craig. It would look great over the front door as your family's coat-of-arms. Minus the arm, of course.

Between the Advent calendar and Ernie's demise for another year, you're going to have sooo much spare time on your hands. What are you going to do with all those extra minutes?

We are hangin' out at Jessica & Ken's. It is very relaxing. Jess and Em baked CC cookies today so that Santa would have some. He will have to eat in the garage though as Em doesn't want him to come into the house. So funny. Jessica bought some lovely Santa plates and mugs.

Denis is putting up shelving in the storage room and I'm trying to catch up on my paper work which I haven't bothered with since last month. It's finally caught up with me and must get done.

We are looking forward to our Christmas Eve seafood feast. I figure I can eat a lot since I used the treadmill this morning. I'm hoping to do that on a very regular basis, treadmill that is.

Love to all
