year 4-0

Being as this is the year of my 40th birthday, and remembering a cool idea Jessica presented me with some time ago, I have decided I am going to take a picture a day and post them on the blog. I am hoping to be successful. It is quite a large commitment but I really believe in preserving our history, not just the events, but every day life. My plan is to have pictures of family, things, bits and pieces of our lives. I HOPE it works out and hope you enjoy this year in pictures.

LOVE YOUR FIRST PHOTO!! This sounds like a very big commitment Shannon but we of course will love it! Hope to see a few of you as well okay.

Have a wonderful week together and let us know how your shopping trip down south goes. We just got an e-mail from Hank & Jewel who are travelling with Hank's sister and husband and they were in Great Falls and Helena and said the shopping was great. I'm sure you will find many bargains as well and Christmas money will be spent quickly.

Love you lots - BIG HUGS TO ALL!

We agree, great photo and a huge commitment. We love to see the photos and hear all about the little bits and pieces.

The weather is cooler today and supposed to be -2C tonight. Very sunny and will warm up tomorrow and will stay that way according to the 10 day forecast. Perfect temperatures too, it was in the 30s over Christmas and I guess pretty unbearable. It's supposed to be in the mid 20s after today.

Have a very fun day tomorrow and drive safe. We are going to the children's museum today as it is too cold to swim plus it is free, thanks to Target, who donates a free day the first Tuesday of every month. Busch Gardens is on the agenda and we'll spend a few days there over the course of the next 10 days.

Love this park, very friendly and lots going on. We don`t do any of the adult things but we will get into them once the kids are no longer here. We`d rather do the fun stuff with them anyway. Not too often a person gets to spend so much time with their grandchildren and we enjoy all the holidays we take with all our littles and bigs.

Hope everyone has a great week.

Love to all

Went to Treasure Island yesterday and had lunch on the dock. We gawked at all the fabulous homes along Old Tampa Bay. We had a very fun day and loved the drive over the Skyway Bridge to St. Petersburg. We stopped enroute to watch the kite surfers. Jessica wanted to take a lesson but had second thoughts when she found out the prices, $300USD for a private 1/2 day.

Don`t know what happened to that comment, it`s not in the order I wrote it.
