Better late than never? I don't think I have posted this photo on a friday before. Our week got away from us and last night I was ranting like a madwoman "we have to get the gnome picture". Imagine screeching. And hair pulling. The boys are always up for it but I would remember after they had left for school and then have something going on after school. Anyway, no excuse. Here it is and I think Sterling looks mahhhvelous in this picture. You can barely see Kaedo behind his hair.
Today includes doing some research into making some spring hats, some parent council work, hopefully a visit with a friend and family movie night. Tomorrow includes soccer, football and Costco. Sunday is a quiet day with not too much happening. We'll see what we end up doing then. Hope you have a great day.

Good luck with finding some spring hats - you did such a fantastic job with the winter ones. The weekends go by way to fast for families. Being retired, it's just like one big long weekend but I'm still one of these people that have to do my wash on Mondays. Something of the way I was brought up because mom always, always did laundry on Mondays. With the automatic everything, I sometimes throw a few things in before Monday which mom could never do.
Stan started a bit of a reno project in our utility room. It needed painting very badly and a few spots needed filling and sanding before that could happen. Taking the shelves down caused more filling and sanding so it's taking abit longer than first planned. Surprising how much "stuff" the smallest room in the house holds. The ceiling had a water stain on it so we painted over the stiple instead of scraping it all off like we did in the bathroom. He's busy putting the first coat of paint on this morning and hopes to finish it off this afternoon and put things back this evening.
Tomorrow morning we're heading to Moose Jaw with Sam & Linda to do abit of shopping and to take in the Bronco game in the Moose Jaw Warriors new rink in the evening. We're staying overnight and do abit more shopping before heading back. We thought we'd stop in Herbert on the way home to visit mom for abit.
Sounds like you're having a fun time Denis & Irene - would love some of that beautiful warm weather here OH what am I talking about, ours has warmed up to just about a chinook compared to a couple of weeks ago. Take care and travel safe.

Sterling, you do look mahhhvelous, dahling, that hair would be the envy of any one (girls mostly though). I mean that in the nicest possible way. Kaedo you look mahhhvelous also what we can see of your beautiful face.
Went to the horse races at 11 this morning. About 30-40 of us from the park had a pot luck there. We had it in a large tent open on track side. We brought our own drinks and between us lost $9. I won $7 at Bingo last night so it's been a really cheap two days. Getting the BBQ on so we can have a bite before Texas Hold'em at 7. We never win at that but it is too much fun.
It stormed last night but didn't rain after sun up but the sun never came out today. It was warm though and not really muggy which I thought it would be. It's supposed to be a nice weekend, our last one here.
Found an Aveda Salon so I can get my hair cut on Sunday, do laundry, put everything away, clean the place and get ready to leave Monday. Must get busy and book somewhere for Thursday. Heading to Old Town on Monday for three nights. Hope to get your antenna decoration there.
