Poser

As I mentioned yesterday - a lot of fun was had outside this weekend. Kaedo and L went to the hill at the school by our place and of course Kaedo had to wear a helmet - Craig and I are a bit crazed about this - so he decided to add a pair of goggles to the ensemble. This is the final look. Sporty yet sassy. Love it!

What an adorable face!! All that fresh air, I bet Kaeden slept real good.

Grampa was playing outside with Jacob yesterday afternoon and on the Wii last night and it totally played him (that is grampa) out!

We had a fun weekend - short but sweet and the roads home today were just like driving in summer weather. Going up wasn't as good - from Saskatoon to P.A. blowing snow and ground drifting. We must have got snow in S.C. yesterday because Stan just got in from shovelling sidewalks again.

The silver globe is a neat "thing" Shannon and it looks so clear when you look into it but photos not so clear.

Hope you all had a great weekend - BIG HUGS TO ALL!

Poser is a good word for that photo Kaedo, but you do look great. Nothing wrong with helmets even though we never wore them as kids but I really appreciated having mine on when I fell. Hard to imagine having a concussion with a helmet on during a recreational sport. I can't imagine how these hockey players do it.

Had a great day in Sarasota at the Ringling Museum, art gallery and their home. It closed at 5 and we could have done with a couple of hours extra. It was an 8 hour minimum venue and we only had 6 hours by the time we got there and purchased our tickets. Got tied up by a long train switching and an accident. It really was a wonderful day and the weather was perfect. We took a short break, went back to the car and pulled out our lounge chairs and had a picnic. That is always a nice 20 minute rest. Tomorrow is supposed to be even warmer and the cupboard is bare so I must do groceries in the early morning. St. Pete's Beach sounds like a good place to be tomorrow with loungers, unbrellas and good books.

Stay warm everyone.

Love to all
