week 31
Week 31 and the weather has been crappy. As I keep telling people - "at least it's not snow". It has been cold and rainy since the weekend but today was beautiful and I'm hoping we are on the turn around. Busy week for all and tomorrow (Thursday) will be especially so. Craig is going out to dinner with his team after work and the boys want to sit in on a workshop tomorrow then we will be rushing to soccer practice. I don't mind but often wonder how it would all be possible when I go back to work in the next little while.

You have had great weather for much too long. We now have gorgeous weather, kind of glad that yours sucks. It's our turn!!
Elton John was so fantastic last night that words could not describe it. No opener, he came on stage at 8.05 and left about 10.45, not even a break. Amazing, and any other wonderful word you can find to describe the experience. As the kids say, Fan freakin' tastic. Couldn't get near any restaurant south of North Lethbridge so we went to Five guys for burgers. Scalpers everywhere, $1000. each ticket and they got it.
Went to friends for breakfast this morning at 7.15. Very early for us to be up and about. It was a great visit though and we arrived in Medicine Hat around noon. Lots of packing and moving of furniture today so we have progress. Everything should be in the garage by Friday night and then we can start cleaning. Loading of trucks starts Saturday.

We did have two beautiful days and we're so glad we played outside while it was nice. This morning I was going to walk to Curves but looked outside and it looked like drizzly rain and was only +7 so drove. Linda has been very sick since early Monday morning and still didn't feel very good today so we decided not to go to Herbert. We'll see how she feels by Friday. I got busy and baked some banana muffins and cleaned the downstairs and got a decent supper on the go. It got to +15 this afternoon and the sun came out and it's now 8:20 p.m. and +10 out. Hope we don't get that snow that they're predicting for Saturday.
Sounds like your Thursday is very, very busy - one thing for sure, it will go by quickly. Hope it all works out for everyone.
