Boys will be Boys

A couple of weeks ago Sterling hung out with his friend C and they took some fast action photos with his moms fancy-dancy camera. Here are some of my favorite. They took water bottles, cokes, flour boxes etc and hit them with a bat to see them explode. The one of him jumping off the porch I just like cause it's cool. Aagh, the things boys do when they are sick of playing video games!

A special good luck to my sweet Emma who has been in a dance competition all week and whose team has been doing awesome (because of her - not that I'm biased). Today is her solo and I know she's going to ROCK IT! Good luck my sweet girl!!!!

GREAT ACTION SHOTS!

Good luck to you as well Emma - sounds like you're doing fantastic!

We're just packing all the boys "stuff" to head out to Saskatoon this morning. I'm not sure if our trunk will be as full as when we brought Craig and the boys here but it looks like it will be close! The boys brought their bikes down but they only got to use them once because it was so windy and cool - they aren't as big as the Sterling & Kaeden's so they fit in the trunk.

Hope everyone has a great Friday the 13th and BIG HUGS TO ALL!

Great photos, as usual. Nice to be able to get out and have fun and do a little exercise. I should talk, haven't done anything in the way of exercise for much too long.

Emma did great! A gold medal in all of her different groups for a total of four. For her solo, she got a gold, the judge's award (yowzah! yowzah! yowzah!, first time ever awarded), a two day full scholarship to a dance school workshop in Calgary in August, $100 cheque and Best Solo Trophy in Division 1 which had 91 entrants. She cleaned up, no doubt about it. She worked hard and was focused so that helps a ton. She also knows that it wouldn't have been possible without her mom. She was so calm and cool and it showed, no stage fright at all. Dance off on Sunday, with only one of her groups advancing to that. Dance off is just for groups so no solos in that.

The day was sunny but the wind was cool. Sounds like you had a fun time grandparenting, Stan and Shirley.

Love to all
