weigh in wednesday

I was nervous to get on the scale today but was pleasantly surprised to see a 1lb loss. I'm struggling a bit with motivation so I was especially grateful for the loss. How was your week? What are you doing to keep motivated? Are there any websites you visit for inspiration? Any tips for me?

You beat me by a landslide. I lost .4lbs. Could it be the enormous amount of food I've been consuming? I am only 6 pounds from my goal but am having a hard time staying on track. That said, I have renewed my commitment and will continue on. I think the weather and lack of sun isn't helping. I like comfort food. That combined with being a little tired, which always sends me to the fridge more often.

Great job Shannon. I lost .2 which really sucks but then I deserved it. Grey Cup and your sister's cooking don't help. I must say she cooks really healthy and low point dinners but then we consume after dinner. I'm still trying though but motivation is a big thing. Remember, Health, that is the goal...good health.
