Yesterday we had the opportunity to witness and be a part of history. The Olympic Torch was in Courtice and we got to see it - and hold it! I picked the boys up from school, and we parked along
along the route and watched the runners. They were so thrilled and I was so happy to be a part of that with them. I have so much else to write but have to get going to work. WIW and gnome picture tomorrow.
Have a good one.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Good for you guys to get in on the torch run. It's coming to S.C. on January 10th, 2010 and we are planning on getting in on the celebrations. Our Line Dancing ladies have been asked (not to dance!!) to be in a section where the torch will be running by. We've got white scarfs with the Maple Leaf in red made for all the ladies. They are hoping for around 25 to turn out for the day. Hopefully we won't have the minus 48 day like last week. Hope your work day goes great!

Only one more sleep till the 3 Boys Holiday begins!!

BIG HUGS TO ALL!

What awesome memories. Jessica and I were talking about how we all ran alongside Dayle Gaskarth when she carried the torch for the Calgary Olympics. You were both so thrilled, it was a very inspiring moment. We're so glad that the boys got to experience something that very few people can.

Been to Lethbridge and back today as the NON-root canal of last week turned into an abcess and I had to go to an endodontic specialist this morning. I had an 8:30 appointment with my dentist but he took one look at my swollen face and sent me over to Dr. Harder. He made a canal but didn't put anything in it as it's quite infected, then put a temporary cap over the crown. It will get finished in April when we get home. Major prescriptions and absolutely no alcohol for 10 days. That will make for a cheap holiday season. I look like a lobsided chipmunk.

Look forward to talking with you on Sunday. We're heading out around 7.30 tomorrow morning but we'll be home Saturday night.

Love to all
