What a cutie patootie biker babe!!!

Hope you're all having a great day. What a change here from yesterday. We had a Saskatchewan blizzard from 9:00 a.m. till about 2:30 p.m. - couldn't see the garage from the dining room window at times. Then after that the sun came out, wind died down and it wasn't too bad. Today it's colder out but no wind and what a difference.

Stan's going to a hockey game tonight so got to go get something ready for supper and then I'm going to find something good on T.V. and relax!!

TAKE CARE and BIG HUGS TO EVERYONE!

Kaedo, you are drop dead gorgeous. That is a great photo. I hear that snowboarding was a major plus. We are still waiting for the video.

Went to Mustang Island (different from Mustang Ranch)today. It rained yesterday and last night but the sun came out today and we went for a drive down the beach. Yes, drove about 5 miles along the beach, poor VW. It is supposed to be sunny again on Saturday so we are taking our lounge chairs, books and picnic and sit on the beach and listen to the waves. It is a roaring surf here right now and high tide is the highest it's been in years. Came home and attended a pot luck at the clubhouse in the park. Sat with a lady who taught me how to play "Hand and Foot", a great card game that we have been trying to learn for about two years but nobody has been interested in teaching us. It is quite hard to teach but I watched a couple of games and would feel confident to play, so Friday, after we visit the USS Lexington and I present my chili in a cook-off, that's what I'm going to do. Tomorrow we are going for dinner at a restaurant on the wharf with Ron and Marion.

Went for groceries down the road at a place called H.E.B. WOW! I only needed bread but $120.00 later and we were packing it into the car. Stuffed crab, shrimp the size of saucers, wonderful fish, it was amazing. Duck pate, exotic cheeses made into fancy decorations, sushi that was an art form in itself. Chefs cooking samplers, truly amazing and the store is in the middle of not much. Surrounded by vacant lots and not that impressive on the outside. What a treat! Next time we go we're walking, that way we can't buy too much. Sure hope we like what we bought as we've never eaten any of it except the hamburger which we had to have...BBQ'd burgers are Denis's specialty.

If golf or/and fishing is your thing, Corpus is the place for you. The beach is long and the sand is soft. There is not a lot of museums or other things to do here. The RV parks do get their guests involved in activities and that is very fun. We are having a great time and our new unit is performing beautifully. We have so much room that we're looking for tenants.

Love to all
