Leggo my Lego

As you all know, Lego has been a huge part of my boys lives. Sterling got his first Duplo set when he was one and they have been playing with it all their lives. We have a big recycling box full of Lego, that is usually tipped over onto its side with all the pieces spilling out. For Sterling, Lego fascination comes and goes, but for Kaedo, rarely a day goes by that he isn't creating something. These are some of his most recent creations.

Great work Kaeden - your dad and Uncle Kelly had LocBloc to play with when they were young and you boys have played with it when you've come for your visit. I've seen the big recycling box that you keep your Lego in and if you remember the box of 500 LocBloc sitting downstairs is still in the box they came in. Probably a few pieces missing but still fun to play with. When Caleb gets a little older, him and Jacob will probably sit and play with them as well.

I'm off to a massage appt. this morning and soooo looking forward to it and Stan's off to a doctor appt. to have his knee checked. He had a massage yesterday and said it felt abit better this morning but had better have it checked.

Hope you all have a great day - love you lots - BIG HUGS TO ALL!

Great looking stuff Kaedo. We never went to Legoland when we were in California but I bet you could teach them a few things. You've done a great job with these vehicles.

Warm here today but a little windy. We decided to take a day off as we've been so busy lately that we haven't had time to do the things that have to be done....like toilet scrubbing, floor washing, etc. etc. We leave this park tomorrow and head out into the desert again. Another couple of friends arrive tomorrow so we thought we'd stay on the BLM for a while longer. Surprise climb on Friday so we can't leave yet. Cheryl and Ted's turn to pick the climb then dinner at the Texas Roadhouse. Great steaks and you can buy them to take home as it's a butcher shop as well. Only eaten there once before but it was terrific.

Friends in for dinner tomorrow night, glad we could get together for a meal as we never know how long we'll stay put in one place, and that goes for all of us. Looks like we'll all be scattered by the end of next week and in all different directions. We'll probably head to Parker but who knows. Stopped to visit friends in Borrego when Jessica was visiting and told them we'd be there toward the end of February but I don't think we'll get back there this year. There's just to much going on in Arizona, plus the weather is better than anywhere else right now.

Hope you're all enjoying your weather as much as we're enjoying ours.

Love to all
