Do you YoYo?

Recently Sterling has gotten back into yoyo-ing. He's been watching videos on a DVD he has and online through YouTube and he has learned some great tricks. Here are some of the ones that he has mastered. He was nervous doing the video and I suck at keeping everything in focus, but you get the idea. Now all you can go out and buy a yoyo and learn from the master!

Okay - found out that Google has changed their format and I have to do things a little different - MORE CHANGES FOR US OLD FOLKS TO LEARN!!!

Sterling - your message left on our machine last night was such WONDERFUL news - Grampa & I are so proud of your accomplishment this term - WOW!! BIG HUGS FROM US BOTH!
Your yoyo tricks are awesome - I'm lucky if I can get the yoyo to go up and down even twice.

We are getting MORE SNOW again today!!!and it's supposed to keep snowing all day! Stan is very, very, very tired of shovelling all that white stuff. Some of the roofs around the city have so much snow on them it's kind of scary.

Just got home from Line Dancing and not much planned for the rest of the day - maybe I'll sit down and read a book that Jean brought for me yesterday - it's a good day to just stay inside where it's nice and warm.

BIG HUGS TO ALL!

Great job Sterling on your success at school. As a teacher I am really proud of what you have done because I know the students that do that well work hard for that - so good on you!! Oh ya and great work on the yo yo - are you sure there wasn't any trick photography??????

Congratulations Sterling!!! What great news and how wonderful to hear you tell about it. You were so happy and it showed in your voice. We know you worked hard for this and you must be so proud of yourself. You should be.

Yoyo protege (no accents on this laptop. I'd be wondering like Uncle Kelly about the trick photography but we know your mom isn't that proficient, lol. Great yoyo tricks and I would think very hard to master when you're just learning from UTube and not having someone there to help. Like your grandma, I'm lucky to get it to roll back up more than twice.

Great weather here in the desert on our little acre. The only thing we don't have is internet as Cricket isn't in Yuma area yet, although we are in California. The inverter works great and a friend here gave us a satellite finder so we have Canadian news and don't have to listen to U.S. news. Trying to get the blog done up to date while I'm at the library. This is the third try at writing a comment so I'm hoping I've solved my problem.

Love to all
