My sweet baby boy made this for me. It was rolled up like a scroll. He is such a giant mushball. I love the rose and violet he drew. So awesome. I have so many treasures he has made for me. I love them all. What are you loving today?
What a beautiful way to start your day Shannon with a special note from your son.
What are we doing today? Stan left around 10:30 to take a load of garbage to the dump - almost nervous to head out there with all those rats around. I told him to throw stuff off quick and get out of there. Then he's heading over to Lionel & Jean's place to do some painting for them. I haven't got moving too fast this morning. I've picked up a bad cold and I had a horrible night sleep last night and don't feel like doing too much yet. Started a load of laundry and hope to get the vacuum cleaner out to see if I remember how to use it!!!
I think my cold has affected my eyesight as well!!! I thought you asked what we were doing today and reread it - what are we loving today! Loving that fact that we have a beautiful sunshine day once again and we have family that we love very much!
You have very nice in-laws Shannon and very nice parents, Craig. We had a lovely day with both of them yesterday. Glad you got home safe and sound. I'm writing this and busy eating the dessert I forgot to serve last night.
Can't believe summer is coming to an end. Labour day always means it's over even though it's still summer until the 21st. It's hotter now than it's been all summer. We've had the a/c on about four times in the last week. Grandparenting tomorrow night, that's always fun.
