Hi all - Have run out of anything interesting to post on the blog so I'm taking a break. Will hope to get back to it soon. Maybe when the boys go back to school. Cheers, Shannon
Everything you write is interesting but I can't imagine how much work it must be sometimes. A break will be good for you although we'll miss reading all about your lives. Have a good blog holiday, we love you tons.
We made it home safe and sound from Calgary, driving through rain all the way to Tompkins and then it stopped. Wedding was beautiful, zoo was fun (not warm enough for me), food was great and the dance and music were fantastic!!! Got home around 4:30 p.m. and Gail & Joan were waiting in the house for us. We had Happy Hour and got some supper on the go and then Ken & Laurel showed up and we had supper around 7:30 p.m. Visited and played a new card game till 12:00 and hit the sack. Today relaxed till noon and then showed them around the new areas and homes and had a tour of Jim & Roberta's new home. Organized a supper at Wong's for 11 of us and came back for coffee and dessert. It was nice enough to sit on the decks till around 7:30 and then we came in. Linda, Sam, Jim, Roberta & mom left around 9:00 and we started playing cards again. Finished around 11:00 and now I'm reading e-mails and blogs that I missed. 6 MORE SLEEPS!!! BIG HUGS TO ALL!
I hear you Shannon. You are obviously more dedicated to the blog than I am, but you seem to have hit the "Kelly writing block". I will still check daily. Today I am going to try to pull some holiday (Calgary) stuff together and post on the blog. Talk to you soon.
