Happy, happy Anniversary. The time flies, doesn't it? I can't believe it was 12 years ago that we celebrated your big day. Sorry we couldn't reach you, tried cell as well. Everything here is closed up as it's Sunday and no Rogers cell service at all until St. John's so we'll talk with you tomorrow.
