Size 15

That's right - Sterling's feet are size 15! And guess what? We can't find a store that carries them that size. No, that's not quite true. If you're a 50 year old man, there are plenty in that size for you to choose from. For Sterling? Not so much.

Today we tried everywhere we could think of. I must admit it is a little depressing for us and even more so for him.  For some reason today's society thinks that if you like cool shoes, you have small feet (by small I mean 13 and under - haha).

So what is the mom of an extremely cool teenager to do? Start scouring the net to see what I may be able to find for him.

He's a little bummed out but thankfully the shoes he's wearing now are not at the end of their life. Otherwise I'd have to cut the toes out. And that wouldn't be cool at all. Or so I've been told.

Oh my goodness Sterling! 15 years old and size 15 - hope they don't keep growing the older you get! We should maybe check with your dad's cousin, Raymond, as to his size of shoes he used to have - maybe he still has some he could share. Good luck finding some for you Sterling.

Yesterday we had such a gorgeous day but it was just teasing us. It is -6, dull and dreary BUT not much wind so that is good.

We are going to a play at the Beatty Collegiate tonight - OLD LOVE. We went to one quite a few years ago and it was a golf story and it was hilarious. This one is supposed to be a comedy as well. A couple we play walleyball with asked if we'd like to join them for the evening.

Hope you enjoy the few days left of your holidays - BIG HUGS TO ALL!

Wow! Those are water skis, not feet. You'll find something, I'll look down here also.

Arrived in Lake Havasu around 1. It is soooo hot here. I hate really hot weather and it's in the 30s. Friends that we met in Emerald Cove are here so we're doing lunch at the Casino tomorrow. Have to go by boat as it's in California. Slowly making the trip north. We're here for a week and then head a little farther north.

Good luck with the shoes Sterling

Love to all

Wow! I will look around the school. Sometimes the unclaimed lost and found has some solid shoes. I am sure not too many at our school are looking for size 15..
