We were thrilled to be first to talk to him this morning and wish him all the very best things life has to offer. It sounds like he has a really great day planned with some off-roading, out this afternoon with some friends and to supper with some others.

Week 24 this week - once again the boys have taken the picture themselves and it looks like we've got a bit of a "Joe Cool" vibe going on here. They look great.
Tomorrow we have appointments starting at 11:30am so we will be busy for most of the afternoon and that's about it on our end.
Craig read today that Target will be opening their stores between now and the end of the month so we are hoping maybe ours will open this week. It's a long shot but we'd just like to browse around and see the differences.

Joe Cool is right! Looking awesome again and the shades must indicate that you have sun there. We have lots of sun but it isn't as warm as it's been in past years. It's really hot in the sun but the breeze is cool and the shade is cold. Hope everyone''s appointments went well.
The 70th birthday day was a huge success. It was busy from start to finish and it was a day to remember.
Today Denis painted the parts of the roof that need a brush and I'm doing the rolling tomorrow. We use a rubber paint on it as it's a rubber roof. We haven't done it in five years so it has really stayed good. We try to keep it white so that it deflects the sun and keeps it cool. We've done lots of maintenance this winter, unfortunately, not the kind that really shows too much. Hopefully, we'll get some new furniture made prior to heading south again for next winter. We are still at Emerald Cove and have a line on a share that is for sale. We'll know more on Wednesday. If it's meant to be it will happen, if not that's ok also. We love it here but still like the travelling so we are a little torn.

Glad to hear you had a great birthday Denis! It is truly hard to believe that you are 70 years young - keep on doing whatever it is to keep you staying young at heart! Stan's will be next year!
Great photo once again guys! We also have sun once in awhile BUT our wind is much cooler than your Irene! We will be very, very glad to see the white stuff gone once and for all.
