Kaedo's Camera

Kaedo really likes photography and has asked to a camera for Christmas. He has also spoken about about taking a photography elective in high school as well as joining the photography club. Now we know why.
He recently had a photography assignment in school, and while he took many pictures pertaining to the assignment, these ended up on his camera as well, along with about 5 other similar pics. When Craig and I teased him about it (Craig's fist bump request might have put him over the edge) he was not happy. At all. He advised us that he was just holding the camera and randomly taking pics though it seems all the random pics have the same relative content. Apparently his friend Z likes the girl in the purple sweater. I'm not sure what the protocol is in this circumstance - do I print off these photos for him?

I told him today that he could make a good living as a sports illustrated photographer. Not only would he get to take plenty of butt shots but he would get to travel as well. He seemed jazzed about the travel. Yeah right Kaedo, who are you kidding:)

Someone in the family has got to love to travel at some point. One side comes from generations of travellers. My grandparents never missed a holiday when they didn't go somewhere. My mom tells of all the places they travelled as children, surely some of the travelling genes have been inherited. However, to each his own and whatever makes one happy, that's the most important.

Great gnome photo boys. We really like the gnome this year although we could only cheer for his side if he were playing an eastern team.

Glad you had such a good time out with your friends Sterling. It's just really scary for parents when the first born takes steps of independence. It won't be as tough for you Kaedo. Now that's something to look forward to. By the way Kaed, nice photos. We could all hope our butts looked good enough to take photos of. Paparazzi of the future.

Getting ready to head home after making hambone soup and banana muffins. The girls helped make the muffins and they are as heavy as lead so I do have someone to blame it on if they are inedible. It is fun to bake with them though.

Hope everyone has or has had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Love to all
