Needless to say, I'm staying home today. I think I caught this from Sparkly Pants. Gross. And sore. I look like someone puched me in the face. Yup, sexy. So sexy.

OWIE!!! Hope you get some medicine to clear that up before next week - nice wet, warm cloths is my doctor suggestion. Take care Shannon!

Stan and I worked at the funeral of the little 4 year old girl who drowned last week. It was a very big funeral - they figured there were around 450 people packed in our church - upstairs and downstairs. Not that many stayed for the lunch which we helped with but there were probably close to 300 who did stay. Stan and Robert were also asked to be usher - they are related to the little girls gramma. It was a very, very sad day. The little girl just turned 4 on the 4th of January and passed away on the 14th. She was the youngest of 3 girls.

BIG HUGS TO ALL!

Oh Shannon, I hope you start to feel better quickly...especially before next week. I was thinking about your trip this past week (we got our photopass pictures back) and I'm excited for all of you.

I forgot to weigh in on Wed...and doing good....here's hoping to keeping it up.

Hope you get some relaxing time this weekend to feel better!

That photo reminds me of a song, how does it go...I'm too sexy for my hair, my eye... i"m too sexy for my body. You know the song I mean. You look soooo charming! Sure hope everyone either gets it or has good drugs not to get it prior to heading down south. Shannon, you never disappoint, you ALWAYS and have ALWAYS got sick prior to a travel adventure.

Stan and Shirley, we are so sad for you and the task you are carrying out for this 4 year old. The family have chosen well in asking such compassionate people to help. Our hearts hurt for you as we couldn't imagine being in your place. I don't know if biting your tongue helps Shirley, could anything help in such a sad situation.

We have just come home from a lovely supper and were pleasantly surprised to see that we had internet. We've been in withdrawal for a week. The weather was so bad yesterday that it knocked out all phone, power and internet. Thank goodness it was only rain and wind not the huge snow they had in Prescott. Two people we spoke with today got calls from family wondering if they were ok. I guess the weather alerts have reached the northern climes. We've never seen weather like this down here but we're not complaining, we're only wearing sweaters not ski jackets.

Love to all
