What's best for 61+, I could use the $11.00.

Really warm here today, upper 90's. We came in 4th out of 8 in the golf cart challenge. It was a hoot. We then went to the Canadian pot luck, man, what a feast. This was a buffet you wouldn't balk at paying $25.+ for. We northerners sure know how to cook up a great meal. It was very fun and extremely well organized. About 120+- showed up as a lot of people have already left for home. They leave here and take a month to get back. Lots of people who farm and lots of full-timers like ourselves. Most of the Cdns. are from Ontario and Quebec.

Denis's first silversmith lesson was a success. He just loved it. I biked to Wal-Mart while he was doing that, needed to find out how courteous the Texas drivers were with bikes on the road. I survived to do it again. I think the car drivers are more nervous than the bikers, they definitely gave right of way today.

Mexico is on the list for tomorrow after the pancake breakfast(attended by hundreds) which includes every breakfast food there is and then some. Great social occasion, plus they have a veggie market and craft sale going on at the same time. 50# of onions for $8.00, wish I could buy them and use them.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weather as much as we are enjoying ours.

Love to all
