Sweeeeeet!

I went to work this morning and about an hour in I got a message "you've got mail". I opened my email and lo and behold an inquiry if I would like an interview for a job I had been coveting and had applied for weeks ago. Friday at 1pm. To say I was thrilled would be an understatement. I quickly forwarded it to Craig so he could share in my happiness and replied YES! I would LOVE an interview. OK, so maybe I didn't say LOVE but trust me, it was implied. She emailed me back with all the details and now it's set. Friday, 1pm. Oh My!

Wish me luck! I need it!

We are wishing you luck Shannon but we also know that you will make a great impression at your interview - we love you and wish you the very, very best! We can hardly wait to hear how things go for you. What a wonderful way to start your day today.

We have another beautiful day here today - sun shining, blue sky and the wind has dyed down considerably compared to Monday and Tuesday. We have lots and lots of dead branches on our lawn that need to be picked up.

I'm having a girls night out with Faye, Lynne & Jackie tonight. We are going to the show Hope Springs - did you get to it Shannon? I went for coffee after Line Dancing on Tuesday and all the ladies that had been to the show, said it is a great show to go to. So us girls are going to that one and the guys are going to Expendibles 2 - Stan says it doesn't matter that he's been to it already - he thinks the guys will all enjoy it. Should be a fun evening.

Once again - wishing you all the best on Friday at 1:00 p.m. Shannon - BIG HUGS especially to you and also BIG HUGS TO ALL!

Yay! We are all thrilled for you. You will do great at your interview and if they're smart, they'll hire you.

I think it's a nice day today. Been inside all day painting so I don't really know, lol. This place is really coming along, thank goodness. Just the kitchen and master bedroom left plus finish painting in the bathroom. Between getting the outside pulled together for winter and getting the inside looking more livable, we're all very tired but happy with the progress. The living room, hall and entry way flooring was installed on the weekend and that really made a difference. A labour of love...NOT

Heading out for a BBQ so have a good night everyone.

Love to all

Good luck Shannon we are rooting for you. It has taken me awhile to catch up on all your messages. The first week of school has been busy as you know from the boys' activity. I promise I will try to work harder at blogging. Got some bad news from Jacobs dentist yesterday. He had 6 cavities and his new front are too big for his mouth AND the enamel is weak. Bottom line - lots of appointments and he will definately need braces eventually. Reminds me a lot of Sterling - not just braces but personality. They are most certainly related and also got Klassen genes to blame if they want. Caleb pased with flying colors!!! Talk to you soon.
