Flowers

From Roseline

From mom and dad

From Jessica

I have been blessed this week with some beautiful flowers from Jessica, Mom and Dad and Roseline. They have brightened up our house and made me smile. Thank you for thinking of me. It has taken me some time to get back into the swing of things. I never thought I would feel so sad, after wishing for her to go, as she wanted. While I know it is time to get on with life it is taking me a little longer. With these beautiful flowers surrounding me, I'm sure I'll feel better soon.

Wow! what a nice greenhouse you have. We hope that you feel better soon, grandma is happy, please be happy for her and with her. Flowers have a way of brightening the day.

Went to Mexico today to get our teeth cleaned and have a Marguerita and lunch at our favorite outdoor spot. We decided to walk in as we wanted to bring back a gallon of our favorite cleaning product that you can't get in Canada anymore. We waited in line about 45 minutes to get back across the border but had a great time in the line up. We always meet some interesting people. We have to go back as we saw something we want to buy but want to get a better deal on. We're having friends stop by tomorrow morning for coffee so we'll go on Wednesday instead. We hope to golf in the afternoon tomorrow if it's not too hot.

The bank refused to give us any money today so we'll have to go during the hours they're open to see why not. Probably the machine...again. We've had lots of problems this year, as has everyone else we've talked to. We can only get half of our daily limit unless we phone the bank. You'd think this was a third world country. Maybe we'll have better luck in Mexico. It's not a big deal, just an inconvenience that probably keeps us from spending too much. It's still lousy when you can't withdraw your own money though.

Wonderful weather today. Started off at 4C this morning and got up to 24C with a slight breeze. Perfect weather!! Got photos from the Hat showing a very ugly storm. Awwww! Lol!

All your flowers are beautiful Shannon - I'm sure they will help you up and at it soon. Hope they all last a long time for you and they make you smile every morning. Take care.

Our morning started out with a sleety rain/hail and continued to get worse and worse. About an hour ago, we could hardly see across the street. It is still snowing lightly but the wind has really got up so it looks pretty bad. The temp is -2. Stan thinks he'll have to use the shovel a few more times if this keeps up. Tomorrow is the first day of spring so hope it warms up!

BIG HUGS TO ALL!
