Tourney News
It's almost noon on Sunday and our latest tournament is over. After making it to the semis, we were knocked out this morning. Four games over 2 days in scorching hot weather makes me just a little happy we are done for the weekend. The rest of the day will be spent with a trip to Costco to pick up some much needed groceries, some prep for Kaedo's birthday and just chillin' as a family. Sounds like they were good games to attend but I do feel sorry for the boys playing in such hot weather. Our weather has turned very nice in the last few days - 25 and supposed to be nice again today - HOORAH!!
We're just getting ready to head out for church. We have tickets from Stan's cousins to go to a brunch at noon today. They won them at the golf tournament the weekend they stayed with us and they're from Lloydminster so couldn't use them - Yeh for us. Our Indians ball team have a game tonight and it's fan appreciation evening so the game is free! Hope the weather stays nice all day so we can go to it.
Yesterday was a sad day for Bretta, Cody and family. Cody's mom - age 58 - passed away and they're really not sure what happened. Lionel & Jean headed out to Kelowna on Friday to help with Noah. Our thoughts and prayers are with their family.
