On Thursday morning Kaedo decided he would like to make cupcakes. Sterling was sleeping over at C's house, so it was the perfect time. The three of us trying to cook in our kitchen is a bit much. He decided on confetti cupcakes with french vanilla icing. He did it all himself and was mighty pleased with how well they turned out. The family seemed to like them as by the end of the day there were only four left! He told me that maybe he'd like to be a chef when he "grows up". Hmmm - all those girls in high school Home Ec will sure love him!

You're right - all the girls would TOTALLY love him! They look delicious Kaeden - hope we get to try some when we're out there in August.
It's another beautiful day here today and we hope to get out and enjoy the afternoon.

Good for you KAEDO! Hope you bring some of those when we meet next week. We have returned to civilization and have wifi for the first time in a long time. We've had a great trip and I guess we can survive with no cell and no internet.
It is our little girl's third birthday today and she's had no phone calls as we have had no service. She wanted cake, chips and pizza in that order, so that's what she got. Tomorrow, we part ways with Jessica heading west from here and we are heading east. The million dollar highway took it's toll and we had to have new brakes put on the motorhome in Yellowstone. Everything is good to go and we anticipate being in Jefferson, Ohio in four days. We'll let you know where to meet us Shannon. Hopefully we'll be able to call out on our cell tomorrow.
