Had a great Good Friday at Niagara Falls. Went left about 9am and got home about 6pm. It was so much fun. We walked for miles, had a picnic, people watched and just enjoyed being together. Baba brought his binoculars (the same ones I used to use as a kid) and the boys loved getting the chance to see through them.
All is well here. We have had a great visit with everyone. We loved having Emma and Jessica here. Emma is so hilarious. I haven't laughed so much in a long time. I have a hilarious picture and story about her but will wait to get Jessica's permission before I post it.
A bit of sadness here yesterday. Sterling and Kaeden were playing on Saturday and they came across their gifts from the Easter Bunny. Sterling thought they were from us and thought nothing of it. When he did the hunt and found those things from the Easter Bunny he was devastated. He cried and cried. It was so sad. He now believes that the Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy are not real but surprisingly does believe in Santa. It was very sad. I think Kaeden is probably done believing as well but he didn't even mention it. Needless to say, I was pretty upset myself. He was bummed out for a lot of the day. Well, he made it 11 1/2 years, so that is pretty good.
Mom and dad are going back West tomorrow and the kids go back to school after having a four day weekend. It is going to be very quiet here.
Hope everyone is well and you had a great Easter.

We had a wonderful Easter in S.C. Jacob's week here went very well and we had lots of fun with him. He is growing up so fast. Needless to say, "dampa" & "damma" will hit the sack early tonight and it will probably take a few days to get caught up on sleep BUT well worth it!! Kelly, Petrica and Caleb arrived on Good Friday and the weekend went by too fast. They were on the road by noon today. We had such a small group for supper on Easter Sunday that we decided to invite Robert & Barb for supper and we enjoyed having them. Linda & Sam were thinking of coming but they got Shanley & Brett yesterday and Linda didn't think they would want to leave the farm right away. We've got lots of left-overs so maybe we'll invite friends over to help us clean them up.

Looks like you had a wonderful time in Niagra Falls. I'll never forget our first visit there with you on "Lucky" Friday. It seems like forever ago since we were there. It was 2004 and our first trip down east to visit all of you. Denis & Irene - you look great and you're right Irene, we no longer have little grandsons - they look almost as tall you you.

Craig told about Sterling finding out about the Easter Bunny and it is sad but better finding out at home than some kids telling him that he's silly to still believing in him. That's how I found out that Santa wasn't real and I know I just wouldn't believe it until my mom told me the truth. Santa might be the next sad thing to tell him about.

Have a safe trip back west Denis & Irene and hope to hook up with you on your way through. Give us a call. In case we're not home, our cell # is 772-0080.

BIG HUGS TO YOU ALL!
