Friday the 13th

This is the beautiful face I saw first thing this morning. He is so damn gorgeous. I think the big smile had something to do with the fact that his long promised snowboarding trip with his dad is on for tomorrow night. He can't wait. It might also have something to do with today being Friday and the last day of school before a week off for Spring Break.

This beautiful guy is home sick from school - again. He was off a couple of days last month as well. I can't take any chances with him. He is prone to Bronchitis/Pneumonia and so sending him to school isn't an option. The one day of lots of activity or being outside just puts him over the edge. So, he slept in, had some breakfast and now is beating Darth Vader in a world class battle on his PSP.
Craig starts his holidays today as well. He has been working his butt off this week. He has worked from home four days this week trying to get a major project completed. I am hoping he gets it done today so he doesn't have to take out his computer next week. He'll get a chance to sleep in, hang out with the boys and as a special bonus, get his teeth cleaned! Gotta love the dentist!

Good morning - Kaeden - hope you're feeling better soon!! BIG HUGS TO YOU!

Hope you get your work all done Craig so you can have a great week with Sterling & Kaeden. Good luck with the snowboarding and please be careful and not try to outdo your son!

It must be dentist week this week. I had an appt. on Tuesday - x-rays and cleaning - $161, Stan's appt. in Regina on Wednesday - 16 x-rays and poking and digging - $163 - thank goodness for our SunLife plan. It's totally up to Stan if he wants to fix the 2 teeth that are pulling away from his gums. We sent in the estimate to SunLife and will wait for their reply how much will be covered. Each tooth is $660. They take grafting from the roof of his mouth to put on the gum. Not a pleasant surgery. The dentist in Regina told him she is already booked into Sept. and Oct., so if he decides to have it done, we'd better book quick or we'll be driving to Regina in snow again and Regina has tons to what we have here. We had a nice visit with our friends Bill & Margaret Greenbank and they said their Bed & Breakfast is open to us anytime.

Hope you all have a great day and BIG HUGS TO ALL!!

Hope you're feeling better Kaedo. You both look a little lazy or laid-back in those photos.

Dentists, the thought of them make me cringe. I'm having problems with a crown I had done two days before we left to go away. Hopefully, his work is guaranteed.

Dad did it again. He goes up to this woman, who is fishing, and asks her, "Are ya gettin' any"? I cracked up, she was polite enough to ask, fish?, then dad quickly added, 'Yet". She looked at me and knew what I was choking about but she didn't embarrass dad. She left that for me to do. On the way back we passed her again and then dad stopped to ask about the kinds of fish she hoped to catch, etc. etc. He's gonna get us into trouble one of these days.

Great weather in Jacksonville but still misty on the beach where we live.

Love to all
